Additional Accessorial Charges. Accessorial charges are additional fees transportation providers charge for extra services or equipment used to complete a shipment. Even though FREE SHIPPING does apply to most orders, in some cases accessorial charges may apply for specialized freight services beyond normal pick up, transport, and delivery. Any and all additional charges, including but not limited to, delivery appointment, lift gate service, inside delivery, change of address, residential delivery, limited access, re-delivery, and storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
